Tango Romania is the wholly owned centrepiece of the Tango Group's European Knitwear operation, built from scratch, utilising a greenfield site 50 miles north of Bucharest, it supplies a flexible range of quality fully fashioned and cut and sew knitwear. With a skilled workforce and capacity of 100,000 garments per month, our customer base include: Asda, Bhs, Wal*Mart, Etam, Makro, GUS, La Redoute and New Look.
Romania as one of the newest democracies in Europe is eagerly
embracing free market economics. The Tango Group has invested
heavily in this emerging market. The main building employs 300
people on a rotating shift system and is housed in 2400 m2 over
4 floors; a separate storage and fabric warehouse is also contained
within the factory perimeter.
